I will begin with a report on a fashion show in Rome, whose income was intended for charity purpose. On a catwalk there appeared models in various outfits. At one moment, the gathered got shocked. A surprised announcer first got speechless and then he said: ‘So far we have seen beautiful girls, now we see a really beautiful woman’. »

During the Holy Mass in Brzegi, connected with sending young people to the world, as witnesses of faith, pope Francis and all priests were wearing chasubles, designed by Maciek Cieśla, one of the main graphics for the World Youth Days. The artist died on 2 July this year, as a result of his cancer illness which appeared suddenly and quickly caused his death. »

The NATO summit meeting finished in Warsaw is a great success of Poland. It is fulfillment of our dreams – says the foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski. We entered NATO in 1999, but for 17 years we have not been able to live till the arrival of NATO at Poland. After all, it concerned a possibility of an immediate reaction in the situation of a military conflict. »

Definite action of the Polish Episcopal Conference, which got engaged in supporting initiatives of ‘Solidarity’, concerning restricting trade on Sunday, needs our strengthening. Specifically speaking – we must collects 100 thousand signatures. In Poland we have already been witnesses of an assassination on Sunday. »

We remember tension during a synod of bishops concerting family, and then impatiently waiting for the papal post-synod document. And we lived to. The exhortation of the Holy Father Francis "Amoris laetitia" was published. This, however, did not end the discussion, but gave the beginning for speculations based on different interpretations of the papal document. »

Important things took place in Poland: on 3 May 2016 at Jasna Góra, where Polish bishops entrusted the Nation to Our Lady anew and on 8 May 2016 on Skałka in Cracow, to where saints of Cracow altars in their relics got in a procession from Wawel, and whose fates history of Poland is written with. »
